Phoenix Supply does not sell products to the general public. All orders placed by general public individuals will be cancelled.
Credit Cards
Please note that we DO NOT process credit cards online. If you choose to use a credit card, please selct "credit card" as your payment method and place your order. A customer spelialist will contact you for your card information once we've received your order.
SHIPPING
Due to the variety of sizes and weights of the products sold by Phoenix Supply, LLC, any and all shipping charges will be determined at the time of invoicing. A customer may obtain a shipping estimate prior to placing an order by contacting customer service at 1-888-454-2296 or Email.
Shipping estimates are only good for 30 days.
Phoenix Supply primarily ships from our warehouse in the upper midwest. We may also ship from various warehouses throughout the United States as needed. We normally ship within 24 hours from receipt of order.
We normally ship our products via UPS Ground. At times, if items are shipped from different warehouses, you may receive multiple shipments.
