Returns and Exchanges
You may return any stock item, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt for a credit to your account or exchange, excluding shipping and handling.
No returns will be accepted from any non-government agency, all sales will be final.
Returns after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion and will incur a restocking fee.
No returns or exchanges on any screen printed products.
To insure proper credit to your account, simply call customer service for further instructions on where to return product(s). A copy of the packing slip must be included with the return shipment.
NOTE: Phoenix Supply Company may ship and accept returns for several warehouses. Please be sure to return items only to the authorized warehouse.
All orders are charged/billed when the order is placed. Authorized returns will be credited only when received back in warehouse and found to be in acceptable condition.
